These terms apply when you order from safasunnahshop.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

About our fragrance names
Our attars are our own blends, made and bottled by us. Where a product is described as “inspired by” a well-known fragrance, that is exactly what it means: our own interpretation of a familiar scent profile.
These products are not the original, are not connected with, endorsed by, licensed by or produced by the owners of those brands, and are not sold as such. All trademarks and brand names referred to remain the property of their respective owners, and are used only to describe a scent character.
Prices
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and are the price you pay for the goods. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order. There are no other charges added at the door — if a courier asks you for more than the total shown on your order confirmation, refuse and call us.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it — normally by a phone call before the courier sets out. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, we cannot reach you on the number given, or we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.
Please give a phone number you actually answer. Almost every failed delivery we see comes down to an unreachable number.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is taken from you when you place the order online.
Delivery
- Inside Dhaka — ৳70, usually next day.
- Outside Dhaka — ৳130, usually 3–5 days.
These are our normal timings, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, holidays and courier backlogs can delay a parcel, and during Eid the whole country slows down. We will tell you if we know your parcel is running late.
You may open and check the parcel before paying the courier.
The products
Our attars are alcohol-free perfume oils in 3.5 ml roll-on bottles, for external use on skin or clothing only. Scent is personal, and how an oil develops varies from person to person — a fragrance you love on someone else may sit differently on you.
If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount on your inner arm first. Stop using it if any irritation appears. Keep bottles away from direct sunlight, from heat, and out of reach of children. Do not swallow.
Photographs are of our actual products, but colour can vary slightly between screens, and packaging is occasionally updated.

Using this website
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Safa Sunnah Shop. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our responsibility
If we get something wrong, we will put it right — by replacing the item or refunding it, as set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
