This policy explains what Safa Sunnah Shop does with your personal information when you order from safasunnahshop.com. We are a small attar business in Wari, Dhaka, and we keep this simple: we collect what we need to get your parcel to you, and nothing more.

What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, delivery address, district, phone number and email address, together with the details of what you ordered and any note you add at checkout.
Our web host also records standard technical information — your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited — in its server logs. This is ordinary for any website and is used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not collect card or bank details, because we only accept cash on delivery. Nobody at Safa ever needs your bKash PIN, OTP or any password. If someone asks you for one in our name, it is not us.
Why we use it
- To pack and deliver your order.
- To call or message you to confirm the order before the courier sets out.
- To send you order emails — confirmation, and a note when the parcel is on its way.
- To deal with a return, replacement or complaint.
- To keep our own records of what we have sold, as any business must.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who else sees it
Only those who need to:
- Our courier partner receives your name, address and phone number so the parcel can be delivered. They cannot use it for anything else.
- Our web host, Hostinger, stores the website and its database, and carries our email.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work — chiefly to remember what is in your cart while you browse, and to keep you logged in if you have an account. Without these the shop cannot function.
We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on the site. If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and for any warranty or return claim — normally two years from the date of the order. After that we delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a much shorter period by our host.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the order system is limited to the shop owner, protected by a password, and our email is sent over an authenticated, encrypted connection.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your details once we no longer need them for our records. Write to orders@safasunnahshop.com or call +880 1711-005369 and we will deal with it.
Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
